Our Story
Exodus HR Group was founded in 2011 in Durant, Oklahoma by Mike Edmonds (CEO) and Mike Robinson (President) with a vision to build something different.
They saw organizations struggling to find payroll and HR support that felt personal, responsive, and genuinely invested in their success. Too often, businesses were treated like account numbers instead of long-term partners.
From the beginning, Exodus was built on the belief that strong relationships create stronger organizations.
What started as a people-focused payroll and HR company quickly grew through trust, service, and word-of-mouth referrals. As demand expanded, Exodus opened its Nashville, Tennessee office in 2012, allowing the team to serve even more organizations while maintaining the same relationship-driven approach.
Today, Exodus HR Group partners with organizations across the country through payroll, HR, and safety services designed to support both people and operational excellence.
