In 2011, Exodus HR Group was founded in Durant, Oklahoma by Mike Edmonds (CEO) and Mike Robinson (President). They were known for customer centered payroll, HR, and employee benefits services in their local community. Local businesses sought them out to provide these services and they developed an offering to provide solutions that centered around employer’s and employee’s needs. One year later, they expanded their small business HR outsourcing services to the Metro Nashville, Tennessee area by opening its second office in Brentwood, led by Dan Telford (Regional Director).
